Named after the famous steps set into the Cobb Harbour Wall in Lyme Regis our new beer, Granny's Teeth, ABV 6% was brewed to be a good, strong Christmas Ale. It's proved to be very popular and sold out easily so we've made even more! So now that Christmas has passed let's call it a Winter Ale and get on with drinking it.

My word, that looks like a huge glass of our Black Ven, ABV 5% just waiting as encouragement for those brave enough to take on the famous teeth. Now if Louisa Musgrove in Jane Austen's Persuasion had, while flirting with Captain Wentworth, jumped into that instead of his "absent" arms, there would have been no death and unhappiness, just an intoxicating, exciting and happy ending.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.townmillbrewery.com/newsandevents/2012/1/18/lyme-regis-beer-festival-2012.html"><rss:title>Lyme Regis Beer Festival 2012</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.townmillbrewery.com/newsandevents/2012/1/18/lyme-regis-beer-festival-2012.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

Well, what do you know, Lyme's very own Beer Festival. After last year's huge success "The Three Brewers" are at it again. The Town Mill Brewery and the Mighty Hop Brewery both from Lyme Regis and ART Brew from North Chideock are joining forces to bring you an array of exciting, tasteful, wonderful real ales.

Saturday 31st March 12pm - 11pm

On its way to becoming a regular fixture in Lyme's Calendar, the Beer Festival is your opportunity to sample beers and ciders from local breweries and enjoy the best of local food and entertainment - all at the Marine Theatre. And there’s cider for those who just can't get their taste buds around real ale. Come and join in the fun at The Marine Theatre located just around the corner from The Town Mill Brewery.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.townmillbrewery.com/newsandevents/2011/10/8/cider-man-martin-lea-gives-town-mill-best-a-tick-in-weymouth.html"><rss:title>Cider Man Martin Lea Gives Town Mill Best a "Tick" in Weymouth</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.townmillbrewery.com/newsandevents/2011/10/8/cider-man-martin-lea-gives-town-mill-best-a-tick-in-weymouth.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

Martin Lea was out and about at Weymouth's Annual Beer Festival today. Said Martin in The Dorset Echo: "It is with minimal experience that I arrive at Weymouth Octoberfest ready to try a few ales, under orders from my editor.
